HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL MY FANS IN THE USA!

There are many things to be thankful for during this THANKSGIVING SEASON.
If there is nothing that you can think of, just thank God for the gift of life.
There are many who would have loved to be alive today but they are not!
There are many who wish they could laugh, talk, walk, smile, hear, dance, eat, and even pee, but they cannot!
There are many who wish they had three square meals a day but they cannot!
There are many who wish they have a place they can call home, but they cannot!

JUST BE GRATEFUL FOR WHATEVER YOU HAVE!
HAVE FUN!

Enjoy this hymn by Johnson Oatman

  1. When upon life’s billows you are tempest-tossed,
When you are discouraged, thinking all is lost,
Count your many blessings, name them one by one,
And it will surprise you what the Lord has done.
    • Refrain:
Count your blessings, name them one by one,
Count your blessings, see what God has done!
Count your blessings, name them one by one,
*Count your many blessings, see what God has done.
[*And it will surprise you what the Lord has done.]
  2. Are you ever burdened with a load of care?
Does the cross seem heavy you are called to bear?
Count your many blessings, every doubt will fly,
And you will keep singing as the days go by.
  3. When you look at others with their lands and gold,
    Think that Christ has promised you His wealth untold;
Count your many blessings—*money cannot buy [*wealth can never buy]
Your reward in heaven, nor your home on high.
  4. So, amid the conflict whether great or small,
    Do not be discouraged, God is over all;
Count your many blessings, angels will attend,
Help and comfort give you to your journey’s end.

LET THE RIVER FLOW - PART 1

The River From the Temple

The man brought me back to the entrance to the temple, and I saw water coming out from under the threshold of the temple toward the east (for the temple faced east). The water was coming down from under the south side of the temple, south of the altar. He then brought me out through the north gate and led me around the outside to the outer gate facing east, and the water was trickling from the south side.
As the man went eastward with a measuring line in his hand, he measured off a thousand cubits and then led me through water that was ankle-deep. He measured off another thousand cubits and led me through water that was knee-deep. He measured off another thousand and led me through water that was up to the waist. He measured off another thousand, but now it was a river that I could not cross, because the water had risen and was deep enough to swim in—a river that no one could cross. He asked me, “Son of man, do you see this?”
Then he led me back to the bank of the river. When I arrived there, I saw a great number of trees on each side of the river. He said to me, “This water flows toward the eastern region and goes down into the Arabah,[b] where it enters the Dead Sea. When it empties into the sea, the salty water there becomes fresh. Swarms of living creatures will live wherever the river flows. There will be large numbers of fish, because this water flows there and makes the salt water fresh; so where the river flows everything will live. 10 Fishermen will stand along the shore; from En Gedi to En Eglaim there will be places for spreading nets. The fish will be of many kinds—like the fish of the Mediterranean Sea.11 But the swamps and marshes will not become fresh; they will be left for salt. 12 Fruit trees of all kinds will grow on both banks of the river.Their leaves will not wither, nor will their fruit fail. Every month they will bear fruit, because the water from the sanctuary flows to them. Their fruit will serve for food and their leaves for healing.

Ezekiel 47:1-12 (NIV)

Ezekiel was a man of God, a prophet, yet he walked away from his post and could not even see the river flowing from the altar. He may have been focusing on other things in life at that very moment. He could not see the mystery of God that was unfolding right before his eyes because he was not at post. Are you currently in the position to experience and hear from God His mysteries concerning your life? Have you walked away from the presence of God even if temporary? If so, come back to your maker; to the place where He first found you and you were zealous for Him. When the man brought Ezekiel back to his post, his eyes were opened and he began to see the river of unlimited blessings. He had been in this part of the temple several times but he had not seen this before until the Lord Himself opened his eyes. May the Lord open your eyes today to see His glory and beauty. The river flowed from the south of the altar. This means that the source of the river was from God's own throne. God is the source of life and all blessings. Out of Him flows abundant grace and mercies.

The river began with God and had no tributaries. Since God is the original source and He is all sufficient, He does not need to be refilled, He fills Himself. He will not be God if He needs help from elsewhere. When God is your strength and your shield, you don't need any additional protection from any other source. He is enough for all situations. The river increased in volume  and power as it continued to flow from the source. God's power is unlimited, eternal, and cannot be contained or restrained. It is last to infinity. His ability and might cannot be calculated and understood with the human senses. It only takes faith and divine grace to understand Him.

I pray that today, as you read this first part of this message, the eyes of your understanding would be opened so that you can catch a glimpse of the magnitude of God's power over your life and the blessings that He has in store for you. May you come to understand that He is the source of all life and from Him all blessings flow. There is a blessing awaiting all who faithfully stay at their post and wait for His deliverance.
Be blessed today and expect the second part of this message soon.
